Samuel M. Ward – Chairman Supervisor

Mr. Ward has served as a Penn Township Supervisor for 13 years. He has been Chairman of the Board for the past five years. Mr. Ward has been a resident of the township most of his adult life and enjoys his civic involvement in the community. He has served several years in the past as a member of the Earned Income Tax Committee of the South Butler County School District .He is a resident of Dodds Road where he resides with his wife as well as having raised two daughters in the township. Mr. Ward is a Professional Engineer and Senior Project Manager with Mascaro Construction.
