Penn Township Halloween Parade

Penn Township Annual Halloween Parade will begin at Penn Christian School at 6 PM, and end at the Volunteer Fire Department at 8 PM. Participants should prepare to arrive at the school before 6 PM so everyone is ready to go for the parade’s start time at 6 PM. Looking forward to seeing all the Spooktacular Costumes!!!
